Scope
This policy applies to use of this website, communications with IM Technologies, and any future services, beta programs, portals, or systems made available by IM Technologies unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Any security testing involving IM Technologies systems must be authorized in advance and performed in accordance with applicable agreements or written authorization. Unauthorized testing remains prohibited under this Policy.
Unauthorized Access
You must not access, attempt to access, or use any system, account, data, or service without authorization. This includes guessing credentials, using stolen credentials or authentication tokens, credential stuffing, session hijacking, privilege escalation, or accessing information not intended for you.
Malware, Phishing, Spam, Scanning, Scraping, and Abuse
You must not transmit malware, phishing content, spam, deceptive messages, malicious links, harmful scripts, or abusive automation. You must not conduct unauthorized scanning, scraping, crawling, enumeration, data harvesting, denial-of-service activity, or other activity that may degrade service or compromise privacy and security. Automated access expressly authorized by IM Technologies, including through published APIs or applicable robots.txt directives, is permitted only in accordance with any applicable technical restrictions, terms, or rate limits.
Misuse of IM Technologies Services or Website
You must not use IM Technologies services or communications to build, operate, or support harmful systems, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, fraud, exploitation, or other activities that conflict with security, privacy, or facilitate illegal or unauthorized cyber activities.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe the IM Technologies website, communications, brand, or services are being misused, email security@imtechnologies.ph. Use this channel for abuse reports, phishing reports, spam reports, misuse of IM Technologies website or services, and malicious activity reports. Please include relevant URLs, timestamps, message headers, screenshots, or other details that can help us review the report.
Enforcement
IM Technologies reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy and to take any action reasonably necessary to protect its systems, services, users, clients, partners, or legal interests. Violations of this Policy may also result in the suspension or termination of access to applicable services, where permitted by law or contract.
